📘 Introduction
Welcome to Zenor Academy. By accessing our website and online tutoring services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Zenor Academy provides online 1-to-1 tutoring for students from Class 3 to Class 10 in subjects such as Mathematics, Science, and English.
👨🎓 Student Eligibility
- Students must be enrolled in Class 3–10.
- A parent or guardian must register the student.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate.
🎓 Free Demo Class Policy
- Each student can book only one free demo class.
- The demo class duration is approximately 30–40 minutes.
- The demo class helps evaluate the student’s level.
📅 Class Booking & Schedule
- Classes must be booked in advance.
- Students should join the class on time.
- If a student misses a class without notice, it may be counted as completed.
- Rescheduling must be requested at least 6 hours before the class.
💳 Payment Terms
- Prices may be displayed in AED for international students.
- Payments may be processed in INR depending on the payment gateway.
- Payments must be completed before starting classes.
- All payments are non-refundable once classes begin.
💰 Refund Policy
- Demo classes are free and non-refundable.
- No refund will be issued once classes have started.
- Special cases may be reviewed individually.
👨🏫 Teacher Replacement Policy
If a student is not comfortable with the assigned tutor, parents may request a teacher replacement. Zenor Academy will try to assign another tutor based on availability.
⚠️ Acceptable Use
- Students must behave respectfully during classes.
- Sharing login credentials with others is not allowed.
- Recording classes without permission is prohibited.
- Any misconduct may lead to account suspension.
🔒 Privacy Policy
We collect limited information such as student name, parent contact details, and email address only to provide educational services. Your information is protected and will not be shared without consent.
