📘 Introduction

At Zanor Academy, we aim to provide high-quality online tutoring services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for our online classes.

🎓 Free Demo Class

  • Zanor Academy provides one free demo class for new students.
  • The demo class is intended to evaluate the student’s learning level.
  • Since the demo class is free, it is not eligible for any refund.

💳 Payment for Classes

  • All payments must be made before starting the regular classes.
  • Fees may be displayed in AED for international students.
  • Payments may be processed in INR depending on the payment gateway.

💰 Refund Eligibility

  • Once the classes have started, payments are generally non-refundable.
  • If a technical issue occurs from our side and classes cannot be conducted, an alternative class or credit may be provided.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

👨‍🏫 Teacher Replacement

If a student is not satisfied with the assigned tutor, parents may request a teacher replacement instead of a refund. Zanor Academy will try to assign another tutor based on availability.

📅 Missed Classes

  • If a student misses a class without prior notice, the class may be counted as completed.
  • Parents must inform at least 6 hours before the class time for rescheduling.
